Adama Tarawalie - Volunteer with SLEDT - Student at The Amadious College of Science and Technology - Waterloo - Sierra Leone
Greetings everyone
I'm Adama Tarawalie , I'm a student at the Amadious College of Sciebce and Technology in Waterloo, Sierra Leone.
As a beneficiary of the Sierra Leone Education and Development Trust (SLEDT) sponsorship in college, I am forever grateful for the opportunity and support provided to me by achieving my academic goals without the financial burdens that usually comes with it.
The charity has not only helped me with financial assistance to pursue my education but has also provided mentorship, guidance, and personal development. Now I'm in year 2 nursing department.
I have always been passionate about education and making a positive impact in my community. The support provided by SLEDT has empowered me to focus on my studies and fully immerse myself in my education without the stress of worrying about how to pay for tuition, textbooks, and other necessities.
This has allowed me to excel in my course and make the most of my college experience. SLEDT has also believed in my potential and support in every step of my journey.
I decided to be a volunteer for the SLEDT because I wanted to give back and contribute towards helping other students receive the same opportunities that I have been fortunate enough to receive. I believe that education is key to development and prosperity, and I am committed to helping others access quality education and reach their full potential.
Being a volunteer allows me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and contribute to positive transformation of my community.
Thank you all
Adama Tarawalie
